My coaching style has been influenced by the systemic coaching approach and I truly love the practicality of NLP coaching methods. My style is personable and informal, supportive and challenging and is based on equality between you and me.
​
Before working as a professional coach, I've had an extensive career in management and innovation at large international corporations, both as an employee and as a freelancer. More recently, I have co-founded and managed a fast-moving software technology start-up in Berlin.
I've made several big and small career steps, with a lot of trial and error, of course. These experiences could be helpful to you in your career development, career change, or in dealing with stress or the consequences of burnout.​​
Many of my clients have an intercultural story to tell, be it as an expat, newcomer, working for an international startup or simply as a German, living in a city with two, sometimes very different, German cultures. Since cultural differences can cause stress at work, I'm particularly keen to apply your perspective to the coaching as well.

We can speak English, German and Dutch during sessions, depending on whatever languages you feel most comfortable with.
Coaching Options
The most effective way to focus on your process is meeting in person during individual sessions in a professional coaching space. Face to Face sessions can also be combined with online video sessions.
